Circuit Training← Back to timetableHere at Fightin Fit our circuit classes differ by the day to stop your routines becoming boring, we use body weight exercises, weighted exercises & we workout the whole body during one session. Our circuits are a form of body conditioning & resistance training using high intensity aerobics & ********, we target strength building & muscular endurance. Each of our sessions use time periods to complete the exercises & have short breaks between to move onto the next.We cater for all levels of fitness wether novice or advanced, our instructors are here for the benefit of the client & safety comes first, but we do push you & encourage you to meet your targets. Our circuit class is very popular & and we always get amazing results.
